How do I install a new software that I downloaded to my BlackBerry 8330?

I just moved from Windows Mobile to BlackBerry, so it is a little new to me … but I downloaded the BlackBerry Facebook mobile phone directly. He says he has downloaded successfully, but the application does not appear on the screen. I have the Sprint 8330 in the case of necessary.

This is a Blackberry to download an application, found in the Downloads folder. If you can see, click the Blackberry (the one with the Blackberry logo) and choose "Show All", click on "Downloads" folder and see all the applications you have downloaded. Click on each to install / start.
