Facebook has sent me a notice that my account be deactivated. What I can do to prevent this?

I do not think facebook abused No way. Permanently disabled my account? Is there a way around this? I do not think Facebook abuse. My account is permanently disabled? The warning appears when I go to my homepage.

A 1: You may be sending more messages. Since opening two pages of your Inbox on the various tabs, sending messages to two different people at once, maybe even more. A 2: Adding too many friends in one day, like 20. A 3: The message could be a scam but very unlikely if you have the Facebook logo in the warning. 4 A: You may be sending abusive messages, with more than 5 words inappropriate.
