Why is it so terrible Orange for mobile reception?
Hello. I am more than a little annoyed with Orange, I'm in a contract with my Samsung U600. Mobile reception is terrible! If I am within my workplace, and I want to be online to check my Facebook and MySpace via WAP, I get disconnected and takes ages, at most, to loading. However, my friends, who are on O2, they have no problem. And the Customer Service? Well say "manually set locate the nearest tower "and does not work! said that guarantee coverage inside? WHAT? So every time it rains, snow, whatever, I have to go outside? Sorry, this becomes a rant than a question. But why oh why, with all the best providers out there, why Why not get your ass in orange on the march? Thank you. And I My countdown clock in December, when my future will be used Orange! Thanks
Must have something to do with the place they live in. I'm on orange for years and never had a problem. However, my husband is with O2 and has terrible reception problems with they.
