Facebook scam?? look at this, that even gives the impression that it was facebook.?

Two questions here. First, how can someone from what appears to be an authentic use facebook email and send this e-mail with an attachment, and secondly, how can e-mail is sent to my account when the address is not even the same as mine ……………. ……………………………… facebook password reset confirmation!
