Facebook – What is the difference between RSS feeds and live news?
When I connect and am on my homepage (not my profile) I see the chips. A tab called RSS News. Another tab called Live Feed. (It's also status updates, photos, links, but I'm not after these questions.) It seems like, and have some of the same information and different information. What is the purpose of these two different tabs, but similar?
The live broadcast shows literally every one of your friends in real time (updated as you watch), while RSS news is static (only updates of spare parts), and shows that the activities of some friends, all of them.
