How to combine contacts on multiple systems?

I have contacts in many different places and want to be able to do after the merger (Or perhaps regularly) all the information. I have contacts in LinkedIn, Facebook, Gmail, Outlook and my iPhone and they are all totally out of sync! I use Windows Vista. I know I can get them all in csv files, but there is an intelligent system / line that allows me to manage them? Thanks in advance for your help!
