How I can put the language in facebook my friend back to English after changing to the Chinese?

my friend thought it was funny changed my facebook language to some form of Chinese and now I can not change that I have no idea how to read

go in the bottom of the screen, say Facebook © 2008 in all languages and after u write and two arrows, one descending and ascending a click and select English and it will return to normal
