A person from the Czech Republic is hacking into my facebook … What should I do?

This person has been cut several times last week (facebook informed me that people did) and I changed my passwords and stuff. I do not understand why they do that. It is very much to my subject and I really need help in removing this person to access my facebook. I did all my information totally private and I do not try to do it again. If you could help me would be super! Thanks there!
