All laws in Canada that prevent a person from making public pictures of you without your consent?
If anyone has pictures of compromise they did while they were drunk and when sober, he told them that never made public, there is a law in Canada that prohibit them from making public these images? In other words, if anyone has pictures they took of me when I was drunk, but they need not consent to make these images public simple (not Facebook only, and not anywhere on the Internet …) there is a law that protects my privacy? And if they do not respect that and will come and make some of these images, no nothing I can do? (If yes, if you could make a reference to legislation, or simply tell me the name of the law, it would be great)
In United States if you're in public. Someone takes a picture after everywhere. Except that where private property, you can really do anything.
