I loved this book. The book is written by Robin Gerber. What makes this book a little different from other books on leadership is that book is written by a woman a woman. Most other books I read in the leadership category were written by men and are almost always men.

Men and women communicate differently, they write differently and have different styles of leadership.

Eleanor had a very interesting life and if a part of the book is about Using his past to help you perform in the future. Robin Gerber is able to use the life history of Eleanor of providing the motivation for women living today.

Throughout his life, Eleanor Roosevelt took risks and took the leadership role that had never happened before. She did not start as a speaker or a columnist newspaper, but for the encouragement and support of others, began to talk not only to the White House, but before other groups alike, and began writing on many issues of public interest.

Other chapters include information Gerber choice of mentors, the face of criticism by developing their own style, and the parallels between motherhood and leadership.

It's actually a book I recommend to men and women. For women, it's so wonderful to read about the leadership of a female author, and for men, is a wonderful vision in the better understanding of women in leadership roles.
