What does all of this mean?
OK so i’m in 11th grade(jr in high school) and in 10th grade this girl and I started to talk bc we were in the same spanish class. Later on in the semester she would kinda wait for me to leave and for her friend to go to the room i’m not 100% sure which. we talked over the summer online a lot. And once school started she would visit my lunch table at the end of lunch. However about 2 days into school she said on facebook that she was dating one of my friends. We are still friends and when we walk past each other in the hall we say hi and smile and we will stop at each other’s lockers. we will also wave. And her boyfriend and her don’t have an active relationship in school and idk what they do outside of school. Does this mean that she likes me as a friend or that she likes me more and is waiting to break up with her current bf or that she is just being friendly?
I’m kinda in a similar situation, or at least I was. I’m a senior, but when I was in your situation I just simply asked her. She said yes, so we are together for 1 1/2 years now and she told me that she just didn’t wanna make the first step and was waiting for me to ask her. Now that I didn’t say anything for about half a year, she just didn’t want to wait anymore and gave up, looking for someone else. But that was more kinda because everyone of her friends told her to get a boyfriend. In your question you say that you are not sure if she likes you as more than a friend. Did you ever think about if u really like her? If yes then just get out there and ask her. If she says no then you would never have been happy with her anyways. If she says yes, well then I leave the rest up to u, mate!!! Whatever her answer may be, u can only learn from it. I learned that it might have been better if I would have asked her earlier, since I know that “we were made for each other” after like 2 weeks. U have to make a decision at some point ask her or forget about her(even thou it might be hard),
